Description

A vibrant, refreshing pink lemonade with a fluffy whipped cream topping. Perfect for summer, this sweet-tart combination is visually stunning and incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups cold water
1/4 cup grenadine syrup (or frozen pomegranate juice)
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Ice cubes
Lemon slices and fresh berries (for garnish)

Instructions

1. In a large pitcher, whisk together lemon juice, sugar, grenadine, and water until sugar dissolves.
2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
4. Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour chilled lemonade into each glass.
5. Top generously with whipped cream and garnish with lemon slices and berries.

Notes

Use frozen pomegranate juice blended with a splash of water as a natural pink colorant if preferred.
Adjust sweetness by modifying the sugar quantity.
Garnish optional berries like raspberries or strawberries for extra flair.
