Ingredients
2 cups cubed fresh watermelon
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 cup sparkling water
2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
Muddle the mint leaves and sugar in a glass until aromatic
Add cubed watermelon and ice cubes to the glass
Pour in fresh lime juice and stir thoroughly
Top with sparkling water and gently stir
Garnish with mint and watermelon for serving
Notes
Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or using watermelon juice
Use pink Himalayan salt on the rim for extra flair
Substitute sparkling water with coconut water for a different twist
