Description

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
½ cup melted butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup chopped walnuts


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan.
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Add dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of cinnamon mixture around the center, then use a knife to swirl gently into the batter.
Bake 70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before unmolding.
