Ingredients
2 cups cubed watermelon
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup diced mango
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey (or agave)
1 tsp lemon juice (or any fruit juice)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tbsp almond or vanilla milk (optional, for a thinner texture)
Instructions
Finely chop fruits ensuring uniform size for even freezing
In a large bowl, mix yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth
Fold in fruits gently to coat
Transfer to airtight container or baking dish
Freeze for at least 4 hours
Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving
Serve with fresh mint leaves if desired
