Ingredients
2 (20-ounce) cans peaches, drained
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
1/2 cup whole milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a large bowl, toss peaches with granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Transfer mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish
In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt
Add cold butter and cut in with a pastry blender until crumbly
Stir in milk to form a thick dough
