Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
1/2 cup whole milk


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
