Description
A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad tossed with a zesty honey lime dressing. Perfect as a healthy snack, light dessert, or side for any meal, it’s bursting with natural sweetness and flavor.
Ingredients
2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup oranges, segmented
1 cup red grapes, halved
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup honeydew melon, cubed
1 cup mango, diced
1/4 cup honey
Juice of 2 limes
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, oranges, red grapes, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries, honeydew melon, and mango.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and water until well combined.
Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to coat.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15–30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled, garnished with additional fruit or fresh mint if desired.
Notes
Feel free to substitute or add seasonal fruits like watermelon or peaches.
Dressing can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
For a non-sweet version, reduce honey to 2 tablespoons.
Best served within 2 hours of preparation for optimal freshness.
