Ingredients
2 lbs. Chicken thighs (or breasts)
2 tbsp Cornstarch
3/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Honey
2 tsp Minced garlic
1 tbsp Grated ginger
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
1 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions
Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce (soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil) for 30 minutes
Whisk cornstarch and 2 tbsp water; simmer sauce until thickened
Thread chicken onto soaked bamboo skewers
Preheat grill to medium-high (400°F/200°C)
Brush skewers with sauce and grill 5-6 minutes per side
Baste with additional sauce while grilling
