Description
An easy homemade banana bread that is incredibly moist, tender, and packed with rich banana flavor using simple pantry ingredients.
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mash bananas and mix with butter.
3. Add baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
4. Fold in flour.
5. Pour into greased loaf pan.
6. Bake 60–65 minutes.
7. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
Do not overmix the batter.
Add chocolate chips or walnuts if desired.
Store at room temperature up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
