1/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup buttermilk (room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a large bowl, toss strawberries with sugar, lemon juice, and softened butter until well combined
In a separate bowl, mix flour, 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt until blended
