Ingredients

1.5 pounds skinless chicken thighs

3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
4 cups cooked white rice (or quinoa)
Vegetable oil for cooking


Instructions

Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
