Ingredients
1.5 lbs flank steak, sliced into strips
2 red bell peppers, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet; sear steak strips until browned. Transfer to slow cooker.
Add sliced peppers, onion, and garlic to slow cooker.
Pour in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water, add to slow cooker to thicken sauce.
Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours until beef is fall-apart tender.
