Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef
6 cups Cabbage, roughly chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 small Onion, diced
2 1/2 cups Water
1 cup Minute Rice
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Sugar
28 ounces Tomato Sauce
Instructions
Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
Transfer the cooked beef mixture into the slow cooker.
Add the chopped cabbage, minced garlic, tomato sauce, water, garlic salt, sugar, and black pepper to the slow cooker.
Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Stir in the instant rice during the last 20-30 minutes of cooking until tender.

Notes
