A rich, fudgy cupcake with a gooey peanut butter surprise inside. Using brownie mix and halal-approved Reese’s cups, these are easy, family-friendly treats that deliver classic American chocolate-peanut butter flavor with minimal effort.


Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
16 oz creamy peanut butter icing
24 mini halal-approved Reese’s peanut butter cups
Sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners
In a large bowl, mix flour, melted butter, eggs, and milk
Add vinegar and chocolate chips; stir until smooth
Divide batter evenly in 24 liners, filling each 2/3 full
Place a mini Reese’s cup in each filled liner
Top with remaining batter to cover the cups
Bake for 20-22 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let cupcakes cool for 10 minutes
Top with peanut butter icing and add sprinkles
