1/2 cup Heavy cream
2 tbsp Unsalted butter
Fresh parsley, finely chopped for garnish

Wash and cut the russet potatoes into even wedges.
Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Heat a large cast iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned potatoes to the pan and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy.
Add the sliced smoked sausage to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
Reduce heat to medium-low and add butter, stirring until melted.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently to create a sauce.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar over the top, cover briefly to melt the cheese, and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use a heavy-bottomed pan or cast iron skillet to ensure even heat distribution and better crisping of the potatoes. Ensure the turkey sausage is fully cooked through before adding the cream and cheese.
