Served on toasted buns, they provide an addictive and crave-worthy bite that the whole family will love.
Ingredients
1 lb Ground Chicken
1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp Dried Onion
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
4 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
4 Burger Buns
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or set your oven to the broiler setting.
Combine the ground chicken, panko bread crumbs, Italian bread crumbs, dried onion, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and BBQ sauce in a large mixing bowl.
Mix the ingredients gently with your hands until just combined, taking care not to overwork the meat.
Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties, pressing slightly in the center to prevent doming.
Place the patties on a greased grill grate or a broiler-safe pan.
Cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
Butter the cut sides of the burger buns and place them under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until golden.
Assemble the burgers and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overwork the meat to ensure the patties remain tender and juicy. The indentation in the center of the patty helps it maintain a flat shape while cooking. You can substitute dried onion with finely minced fresh onion if preferred.
