Description

Ingredients

1 box (3 ounces) blue raspberry flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup fruit punch juice
1/2 cup small fruit snacks or gummy candies (blue, red, or rainbow colors)


Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water as instructed on the package.
Stir in the cold water, sugar, and fruit punch juice until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a measuring cup with a spout or a ladle.
Fill ice cube trays or shot molds halfway with the liquid mixture.
Gently add a few small fruit snacks or gummy candies into each mold.
Pour the rest of the mixture into each mold to cover the decorations.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until fully set.

Notes

For a non-halal version, ensure all ingredients are vegetarian-friendly.
Leftover Jello Shots can be stored in a covered container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
