Ingredients
20-24 halal cocktail sausages (or halal-certified cocktail sausages)
1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
12-14 bamboo skewers
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prep skewers by threading pineapple chunks and sausages.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder,
Brush glaze evenly onto skewers.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until glaze bubbles and browns.
Notes
Substitute halal or vegetarian sausages if preferred
