Ingredients
2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Instructions
Pour the plain or vanilla yogurt into a mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 cup milk of choice.
Stir in 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter until well combined.
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup. Mix until smooth and thoroughly blended.
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or until very cold and thickened.
Transfer the mixture to a shallow, airtight container and freeze for 4–6 hours, or until firm.
Notes
For an even smoother texture, chill the mixture for 24 hours before freezing.
Use your favorite plant-based yogurt for a vegan version.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
