Description

These no-bake parfaits capture the gooey, chocolatey, and marshmallowy essence of classic s’mores with layers of creamy pudding, crunchy graham crackers, and whipped topping. Perfect for any occasion, they’re an easy, nostalgic dessert ready in minutes and chilled to perfection.


Ingredients

1 box (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding
1 (8 oz) can whipped topping
1 cup graham cracker pieces
1 cup large marshmallows
2 oz semisweet chocolate chips
1 tsp almond extract (optional, substitute with halal-certified flavoring if needed)


Instructions

Prepare chocolate pudding according to box instructions and let it chill for 5 minutes.
Layer graham cracker pieces at the bottom of 6-8 glasses or jars.
Add a layer of cooled pudding over the graham crackers.
Spoon whipped topping on top of the pudding.
Gently place 1-2 marshmallows over each parfait.
Using a microwave-safe mug (if halal marshmallows aren’t available), microwave marshmallows until toasted (30-45 seconds).
Let parfaits set in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
