Tender, juicy grilled chicken breasts marinated with lemon, garlic, and olive oil for a fresh and flavorful summer meal.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp dried oregano (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Whisk oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
2. Marinate chicken 30 minutes to 2 hours.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill 6–7 minutes per side.
5. Cook to 165°F internal temperature.
6. Rest 5 minutes.
7. Slice and serve.
Notes
Do not marinate longer than 2 hours.
Use chicken thighs if preferred.
Add herbs or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
Store leftovers refrigerated up to 3 days.
