Ingredients
1 lb (454g) ground turkey (93/7 lean to fat ratio)
1 tsp (6g) kosher salt
1/2 tsp (2g) cracked black pepper
4 brioche buns
1 tbsp (14g) unsalted butter (for buns)
4 slices cheese (cheddar or muenster)
Instructions
Mix turkey, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Shape into 4 equal patties with slight dents
Chill 10-15 minutes
Heat skillet or grill over medium-high
Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side
Add cheese during last minute of cooking
Toast buns in butter-seasoned pan
Assemble with lettuce or tomato (optional)
