Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp sugar
½ tsp garlic powder
1½ tsp salt
Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Place each chicken breast between parchment paper
Pound gently with a meat mallet until ¼-inch thick
In a jar, mix marinade ingredients until fragrant
Pour marinade over flattened chicken breasts
