Description
Soft, moist pumpkin bread packed with warm spices and perfect for breakfast, dessert, or an afternoon snack.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Whisk wet ingredients.
4. Combine mixtures.
5. Pour into loaf pan.
6. Bake 55-65 minutes.
7. Cool and slice.
Notes
Store at room temperature for up to 4 days.
Freeze for up to 3 months.
Delicious served warm with butter.
