Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese (4% small curd)
1/2 avocado
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup fresh herbs (dill, chives, parsley), finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with crackers, veggies, or crusty bread.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
For extra creaminess, add a dollop of Greek yogurt.
