Ingredients
2 cups 2% cottage cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 jalapeño, diced (optional)
Instructions
Stir cottage cheese and shredded cheddar in a bowl until blended
Add milk, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper
Heat mixture over low heat for 1 minute or microwave for 30 seconds until warm and bubbly
Stir in diced jalapeño if using
