Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Add garlic and ginger, sauté 1-2 minutes
Add ground turkey, breaking up with a spatula, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes)
Stir in broccoli and sauté 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp
Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and honey
Pour in water and cornstarch mixture, stir until thickened
Cook 2-3 minutes until sauce coats the turkey and broccoli
Remove from heat and serve warm
Notes
Use frozen broccoli if fresh is unavailable
For extra flavor, serve over steamed rice or noodles
