Description

No-bake, chewy pecan pie-inspired balls made with crunchy pecans, graham crackers, and a sweet syrupy coating. These poppable treats are perfect for holidays or quick desserts.


Ingredients

2 cups finely chopped pecans
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar (for coating)


Instructions

In a large bowl, combine chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Chill the mixture for 1 hour.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place in an airtight container.
Coat the balls in powdered sugar before serving or storing.

Notes

Chill for at least 1 hour for easiest rolling.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Can be frozen for 1–2 months.
Substitute other nuts like walnuts if preferred.
