Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butterscotch chips or finely chopped butterscotch candies
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt
In another bowl, cream softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract
Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until smooth
Fold in butterscotch chips
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly
