Ingredients

1/4 cup raspberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
1 orange, peeled and separated
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
1.5 cups frozen peaches
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp camu camu powder (optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup filtered water


Instructions

Place the raspberries in a small blender or bowl and pulse until smooth; set aside for the garnish.
Combine the orange, carrot, frozen peaches, ginger, turmeric, camu camu, vanilla, sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and water in a high-speed blender.
Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
