Ingredients

1.5 lbs sirloin steak or ribeye, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb cheese tortellini
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°F (90°C). Sauté garlic in 2 tbsp butter in a skillet until fragrant.
Add steak cubes and sear 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to oven and warm 5 minutes.
Cook tortellini according to package instructions. In same skillet, stir 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp olive oil, heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until sauce thickens.
Combine tortellini with Alfredo sauce. Toss steak bites into sauce mixture to coat. Garnish with parsley.

Steak can be substituted with tenderloin
Alfredo sauce can be made 1 day ahead
Leftovers freeze well in sealed containers
