Ingredients
1.5 lbs sirloin steak or ribeye, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb cheese tortellini
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°F (90°C). Sauté garlic in 2 tbsp butter in a skillet until fragrant.
Add steak cubes and sear 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to oven and warm 5 minutes.
Cook tortellini according to package instructions. In same skillet, stir 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp olive oil, heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until sauce thickens.
Combine tortellini with Alfredo sauce. Toss steak bites into sauce mixture to coat. Garnish with parsley.
