Ingredients
3-4 lb beef chuck roast
4 cups beef broth (halal)
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 packet au jus seasoning

Instructions
Pat the roast dry and season with salt and pepper
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet, sear the roast on all sides

Mix broth and tomato paste in a bowl, pour over the roast
Stir in seasoning packet
