Ingredients
4 ripe peaches
2 medium burrata cheeses
4 cups mixed greens (arugula, romaine, etc.)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Halve the peaches and remove pits
Tear the burrata into pieces and arrange on a serving platter
