Ingredients
1 lb Ground Chicken
2 large Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a large baking tray with parchment paper or heavy duty aluminum foil.
Combine the ground chicken, eggs, milk, garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Mix the ingredients gently until just combined.
Use lightly wet hands to roll out 20 equal-sized meatballs.
Place the meatballs onto the prepared baking sheet with space between each one.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until the meatballs turn golden and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Notes
Keep your hands damp with cold water while rolling to prevent sticking. Lean ground turkey can be used as a substitute for chicken. These meatballs are freezer-friendly for easy meal prep.
