Ingredients
12 oz (340 g) rotini pasta
2 cups mayonnaise (opt for reduced-fat if preferred)
1/4 cup ranch salad dressing
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, ranch dressing, and Dijon mustard to create the dressing.
Fold in cooled pasta, cheddar cheese, red onion, and parsley until well coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
