Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or leftover)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
8 oz uncooked penne pasta
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Cook pasta according to package instructions
Drain pasta and mix with cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Stir in shredded chicken until combined
Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs and melted butter; press onto cheese
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly
