Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional for balance)
Optional garnish: sesame seeds or finely chopped green onions


Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce.
Stir in sriracha and rice vinegar until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness with honey/sugar if desired.
