Chewy, spiced blondie bars made with Biscoff spread and melted butter, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings with minimal effort.
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup creamy Biscoff spread
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper
Melt butter and mix with Biscoff spread until smooth
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla
Combine wet and dry ingredients until fully mixed
Press batter into prepared pan
Bake 25 minutes until golden and set
Cool completely before cutting into 16 bars
Notes
Use store-bought Biscoff spread for convenience
Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days
Optional: Add a sprinkling of sea salt or crushed nuts on top before baking
