Ingredients
1 bag (2 lbs) frozen pre-cooked meatballs (turkey, chicken, or halal-friendly beef)
1 cup sweet chili sauce
1/2 cup apricot preserves
1 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp onion powder
1-2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Place meatballs in crockpot.
Pour sauce over meatballs.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours.
Optional: Simmer leftover sauce in a saucepan for thickening (10-15 mins).
