3 cups Beef Broth
1 pound Lean Ground Beef, browned

2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Milk
Instructions
