Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 large egg yolks
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice (fresh or quality bottled)
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
In a bowl, whisk egg yolks with condensed milk until smooth.
Add key lime juice and whisk until fully combined.
Pour filling into prepared crust and smooth the top.
Chill pie for 4 hours or until fully set.
