Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Chill for 6+ hours
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter
Press crust into a pie dish or individual cups
Beat cream cheese until smooth
Gradually add powdered sugar and milk
Stir in vanilla extract
Chill for 6+ hours until firm
Notes
Let crust set 15 minutes before adding filling
Top with fresh fruit, chocolate sauce, or cookie crumbs
