Perfect for game day gatherings or satisfying snack cravings, this easy-to-assemble dip packs a punch of bold flavors in every bite, making it the ultimate centerpiece for any party or social event.

Ingredients

16 oz vegetarian refried beans
1 lb lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup guacamole
1 cup chunky salsa, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1 cup Roma tomatoes, finely diced
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

Brown the lean ground beef in a skillet and stir in half of the taco seasoning; drain any excess fat.
In a small bowl, mix the refried beans with the remaining taco seasoning until well combined.
Spread the seasoned bean mixture evenly across the bottom of a 9×13-inch glass baking dish.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and any remaining taco seasoning until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture carefully over the bean layer.
Spread the guacamole in an even layer over the cream cheese mixture.
Add the drained salsa next, followed by the browned ground beef.
Top with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and green onions.
Chill for at least one hour before serving with your favorite tortilla chips.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth, lump-free layer. Drain the salsa thoroughly to prevent the dip from becoming watery while it sits in the refrigerator. This dip stores well in the fridge for up to 3 days, making it an excellent candidate for meal prep.
