Ingredients
2 ripe but firm bananas
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (or neutral oil like avocado)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C)
Slice bananas crosswise into 1/4-inch rounds
Toss slices in a bowl with coconut oil until evenly coated
Blend sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl
Coat banana slices with the sugar-cinnamon mix
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket
Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning
