Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
3 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a standard casserole dish.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, sliced zucchini, and the sautéed onion mixture.
Fold in the sour cream, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well coated.
