Crispy golden chicken tenders with a crunchy panko coating and juicy interior, perfect for dipping and family meals.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry.
2. Mix flour and seasonings.
3. Prepare egg and panko bowls.
4. Coat chicken in flour, egg, then panko.
5. Heat oil in skillet.
6. Fry 3–4 minutes per side.
7. Drain on paper towels.
8. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, double-coat with egg and panko.
Bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes if preferred.
Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 3 days.
Reheat in oven to maintain crispiness.
