Description

This quick Chicken Apple Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner provides a wholesome, flavor-packed meal with minimal cleanup required. Combining savory roasted vegetables with perfectly caramelized sausage, this recipe delivers a hearty, family-friendly experience that balances savory proteins with sweet maple notes. Perfect for busy weeknights, this one-pan dish is naturally gluten-free and simple to prepare.

Ingredients

4 links chicken apple sausage, sliced into rounds
24 oz baby potato medley, quartered
1 cup baby carrots, whole or halved
1 large broccoli crown, cut into florets
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp onion powder
0.25 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Chop the baby potatoes, broccoli, and slice the chicken apple sausages into uniform rounds.
Toss the potatoes and carrots with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Spread the potato and carrot mixture on a sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
In the meantime, toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the remaining garlic powder, remaining onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the broccoli and sliced sausages to the sheet pan, drizzle everything with the maple syrup, and continue roasting for another 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is deeply browned.

Notes

Ensure vegetables are cut to similar sizes for even cooking. You can swap broccoli for seasonal vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days for convenient lunches.
