Description

These no-bake Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries combine creamy filling with fresh strawberries and a crunchy topping for a delightful and kid-approved dessert. Perfect for picnics or family gatherings, they’re easy to prepare and always a hit.

Ingredients

2 cups Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons strawberry-flavored gelatin powder
1 pound large strawberries, fresh and ripe

Instructions

In a bowl, combine crushed Golden Oreo cookies and melted butter until well mixed.
Using a spoon or small mold, form the Oreo mixture into small balls and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to firm.
Wash and hull the strawberries, making sure to keep the stems intact.
Dip the chilled Oreo balls into the strawberry gelatin powder until fully coated.
Push the gelatin-coated Oreo ball into the base of a strawberry, pressing it into the hollow where the stem was removed.
Chill the strawberries for about 15 minutes before serving to allow the gelatin to set slightly.
Serve and enjoy these beautiful and delicious little bites.

Notes

For a fun twist, use chocolate Oreo cookies for a deeper flavor.
These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Perfect for packing into lunchboxes or bringing as a guest-friendly treat.
