Ingredients

24 mini cups or molds
6 oz halal turkey or beef salami (thinly sliced)
6 oz brie cheese (cubed)
1 cup mixed crackers
1 cup grapes (halved)
4 tbsp olive tapenade
1 cup briny olives
1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)


Instructions

Prep all ingredients ahead of time
Layer each cup with a few crackers as a base
Top with cubed brie and a slice or two of salami
Add a handful of grapes or olives
Finish with a dollop of olive tapenade and a drizzle of honey (optional)
