Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
4 russet potatoes (about 2 cups sliced)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 lettuce leaves
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mayo
1 tomato (sliced)
1 avocado
1/4 cup pickles
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Toss potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Spread on baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes until crispy
Heat skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder until browned
Divide baked potatoes into bowls
Top with beef mixture
Add shredded cheese and let sit until melted
Layer lettuce, sliced tomato, avocado, pickles
Mix ketchup and mayo into a sauce for serving
