Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing
4 cups shredded lettuce
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt
Sauté butter and olive oil in a skillet until melted
Add chicken breasts and cook until golden (4-5 minutes per side)
Flip and bake for 10 minutes to fully cook through
Let chicken rest, then shred into pieces
Mix buffalo sauce and honey in a bowl
Toss shredded chicken into buffalo sauce
Serve chicken in lettuce wraps with ranch dressing
